Certified Public Accountant Lee Eggemeyer has been named to the board of directors at First National Bank of Waterloo.

He has 35 years of public accounting experience. Lee has been on the FNB advisory board since 2001.

Eggemeyer takes the place of Bill Gardner who is stepping down from the board after 21 years of service. Gardner was named the director emeritus at the bank’s annual shareholder meeting.

“We’ve been very fortunate to have such high caliber board members give their time to our bank,” said First National Bank of Waterloo President and CEO Gary Hemmer. “We’re very thankful for the years of service Bill has given to the bank and delighted to welcome Lee to the board.”

Eggemeyer is welcomed to the board by Chairman Bob Hoffmann, Vice-Chairman George Ziebold, and directors Tyler Dinkelaker, Dennis Lutz, Alice Jost, George Obernagel, Dan Nester, John Richards, Dave Mehrmann and Gary Hemmer.
