Like most Americans, Monroe Countians are suffering from covid fatigue as we have dealt since mid-March with the pandemic, the virus itself and its social and economic consequences.  A saving grace has been the loosened guidelines of Restore Illinois’ Phase 4, which allows for indoor dining and gatherings up to 50 persons.
