Ed-itor Wienhoff made sure to wear a face mask and stand six feet away from Waterloo Police Chief Jeff Prosise, who was keeping the peace at a recent, and memorable, Waterloo City Council meeting. The aldermen gaveled in on the City Hall parking lot to  give themselves plenty of room to keep the required social distancing space.
