Hospice of South Illinois conducted a Christmas In July to raise spirits throughout the region. Their Southern Illinois Community Educator, Kim Oplet, recently stopped by Waterloo City Hall to present Mayor Tom Smith with a t-shirt. Hospice is thankful to the city of Waterloo for all they do for their organization.
