J.V.’s Downtown Bar and Grill has been officially recognized on the official list of Waterloo’s historic landmarks. The three-story brick structure, originally the Schorr Lake Brewing Co., dates back to the 1870s. Earlier this week, Mayor Tom Smith brought together some of the families of the past and current owners of the longtime popular hangout. …
