Kinley Davis Wins Fair’s Annual Rooster Crowing Contest

Kinley Davis of Waterloo and her rooster won first place at the Fair’s Rooster Crowing Contest. Kinley’s rooster crowed 72 times during the half-hour competition beating out 38 other competitors.
