Alexis “Lexi” Ruemker of Waterloo is the 2019 Monroe County Fair Queen. Lexi, 19, is the daughter of Clem Ruemker and Cindy Rehmer Ruemker of Waterloo. She was sponsored by her family’s business, Rehmer-Ruemker Lawncare. After graduating from Waterloo High School in 2018, Lexi became a student of at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. …
