Ashley Hewitt and Curt Simshauser are asking are residents to display blue exterior lighting the evening of Monday, Sept. 9. The Light It Up Blue will show admiration for the fallen Statr Trooper Nick Hopkins of Waterloo. Simshauser will fly a drone over the community to videotape the scene between 7 p.m. and 10 a.m. …
