Budnick Converting of Columbia and Sun Basket of Valmeyer received Business Excellence Recognition Awards during the third annual meeting of the Monroe County Economic Development Corp (MCEDC) held March 21 in Columbia.  The awards were presented by 2019 Chairman Ryan Osterhage of Midland States Bank.
