Valmeyer Grade School student Kaylee Muertz won the 2020 Regional Superintendent Art Festival’s t-shirt design contest. “Kaylee’s design was truly "magical" and such a great asset to our Art Festival,” said Kelton Davis, the Monroe – Randolph County Regional Superintendent of Schools.
