Gary Pieper Has Passed Away

New Hanover native and lifelong Monroe County resident Gary Pieper has passed away from illness while at Evergreen Point Transitional Care in Waterloo. He was 71. Gary is survived by his big brother, Dennis “Boog”, and mother, Dorothy “Doty.” He was preceded in death by his father, Harold “Mick” Pieper, who passed away in 2006. …
