This summer Rick Parks will join First National Bank of Waterloo as its new president. Gary Hemmer is set to retire June 30.

Rick Parks has been named as the future president of First National Bank of Waterloo. He will succeed Gary Hemmer who will step down June 30. Robert Hoffmann, FNB’s chairman of the board, made the announcement earlier today, Jan. 28. Parks will be the bank’s ninth president its 108-year history headquartered in Waterloo. Parks has more …
