State Rep. Nathan Reitz recently stopped by Waterloo City Hall and checked out the used electronics that had been donated to the Cell Phones For Soldiers.

Instead of throwing your old cell phone or tablet away, you can donate the item to a cause that benefits deployed military personnel. The Cell Phones For Soldiers programs accepts used/broken cell phones, smart phones, MP3 players, tablets and chargers. The donated items are then sold for their parts.
