The Waterloo Optimist recognized local grade school and high school students during their 61st annual Youth Appreciation Banquet held Nov. 14 at the VFW Hall. The students from WJHS, WHS, SPPS and Gibault are nominated by teachers and principals for their character and community service.                     …
