DUI Arrest Following Columbia Head-On Collision

Two people were injured along with one person being led away in handcuffs following a head-on collision Dec. 18 on the north end of Columbia.  Waterloo residents Janice Aubuchon, 60, and Nicholas Shrum, 36, were transported by ambulance to area hospitals.
